About Me

Wine, Travel & Wellness

Many Escapes was born from my love of wine, travel, and the desire to live with intention. What began as a way to share stories from my travels to wine regions and European cities has grown into a reflection on how we experience joy, connection, and balance.

As a WSET Level 3 certified wine professional, I’ve become endlessly curious about how wine connects people—and how a glass can tell a story about culture, family, and place. I’ve also learned that enjoying wine doesn’t have to conflict with wellness. When you focus on appreciation over excess and take the time to slow down, there’s a beautiful way to enjoy it all.

For me, balance is an ongoing practice. It’s adapting my morning routine when I’m on the road, cooking meals that are both healthy and flavorful, and often choosing one less glass of wine to I wake up well rested.

Many Escapes is a space for those who share that mindset, or hope to adopt it. A gathering place for stories that inspire you to travel well, sip mindfully, and live fully.

  • Why Balance Matters

I’ve always been drawn to moments of connection—a glass of wine that tells a story, or a shared meal with friends and family. For me, balance means creating space for both joy and rest, and doing it alongside the people who matter most. It’s not about restriction, but presence. From mindful travel to everyday rituals that restore us, I’ve learned that balance comes from choosing what nourishes us—body, mind, and spirit—and sharing those choices with others who value the same.

  • What You'll Discover

Many Escapes is my way of sharing approachable wine, thoughtful travel, and a balanced lifestyle with a community that values savoring life. Along the way, you’ll find practical tips I’ve picked up to bring more ease and intention into everyday life. I hope these stories spark the kinds of escapes that bring you joy and connection.
